i am tired, tired am i, i am tired, tired am i.
and I'M SUPERRRRR TIRED !
today's training is as good as drowning.
no water feel , no stroke, no stamina, no strength.
this kind of feeling sucks la i hate it.
sets were considered easy if i have been training for the past 4 months ?
but it becomes super tough because i didnt swim for like 12435556575years.
yes. sickening.
and the best thing is that we have training EVERYDAY and the milleage covered is horror !
and somemore there's no room for bargaining and i'm quite scared of that female teacher.
she gives me creeps. eeeeyerrrr.
no slippers into the school somemore and HE puts me aside cos i could not move.
actually thats quite insulting to me la. nvm for the time being only.
i will pick up soon. right. SOON.
benchmark test tmrw.
acutally i dont really know what is that but according to them,
its something like 7sets of something take your heart rate and timing.
somemore only like 5-10secs rest ? ohmytian.
i can feel my muscles aching alr and my head is spinning.
all bcos of the turnings but still i find it useful.
swim in turn with legs straight. try that (:

okayy. enough of the whinings lemme get some rest.

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS:
1) i will try and be a nicer sister to my brothers.

2) i will try not to swear after swimming 200 brst. (sometimes its hard to control) tiring ma.

3) train more, balance time between studies,swim.

4) i will not bitch about people that often :DD

5) cut down on late nights.

6) be a good mummy and daddy's girl.

7) will try and learn my grandparents' language to be able to communicate with them.

8) stop bullying eva. hahahaha !

9) get As abd Bs for exams.
